If you wish to receive periodic communications from us, you explicitly give us permission to store and process all personal data that you provide, or confirm to us via the form on our website, or the form that we have sent to you for confirmation via e-mail.
The following personal data could be stored: IP address, name, e-mail address, telephone number, address information.

The personal data you provide via the form can be used by us to further develop our services to you, to support you and to comply with our legal obligations.
The personal data can also be used for direct marketing, providing that you have given additional, explicit permission thereto.
We differentiate between functional and non-functional cookies:
- Functional cookies are necessary for a website to function properly. They ensure, for example, that you are recognized as a user on a subsequent visit to our website;

We will not store your personal data for longer than strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected (see section 2 of this privacy statement).
In addition, we will delete your data without undue delay if you request it (see section 6 of this privacy statement).

- a request to view your personal data
- a request to rectification of your personal data

The data is stored on Eracon’s own secure servers, or those of a third party.
Eracon makes every effort to prevent abuse, loss, unauthorized access and other unwanted actions with regards to your personal data.
We could amend this privacy statement from time to time. All updates and amendments will take effect immediately after their publication.
